What is the cost for the abortion?At the Family Planning Association of Maine the cost of a medication abortion or an aspiration abortion up to 13 weeks is $485. The cost of an aspiration abortion between 13 and 14 weeks is $560. This is a comprehensive fee which includes Rh typing, ultrasound, medications, and the procedure. There is no additional cost for Rhogam if you require it. The cost to you can vary depending on any health insurance coverage you have.
