At the Counter
- There is no age restriction to access ECs
- No government issued ID is required
- Only women can buy them
- There needs to be a trained pharmacist available
- You have to ask the pharmacists or clerk for them
Over the Counter
- You need to be 17 or older to get them
- Government issued ID is required
- Men and women can purchase them
- Any pharmacist or clerk can sell them to you
- You don't have to fill out any paperwork
- You have to ask the clerk or pharmacists for them, they are not on the shelves.
